Simon&Co Collects Provisions of COVID-19 Response Legislation Contingent on Public Health Emergency

As the Trump administration considers rolling various back emergency authorities, Simon&Co has collected a list of provisions in the enacted and draft legislation in response to the coronavirus pandemic that depend on the ongoing public health emergency as declared under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act by HHS Secretary Alex Azar on Jan. 31, 2020 (retroactive to Jan. 27).
