Simon&Co Partners Add Bipartisan Pressure on CMS’s NEMT Rule

As part of Simon&Co’s ongoing effort to preserve NEMT benefits for Medicaid beneficiaries, Reps. Sanford Bishop [D-GA-2], Buddy Carter [R-GA-1], and Tom Graves [R-GA-14] sent a letter to CMS Administrator Seema Verma this week pushing back on her effort to make NEMT benefits optional for state Medicaid programs.
