Carter, Cárdenas Introduce H.R.3935, the Protecting Patients Transportation to Care Act

Today Rep. Carter introduced H.R. 3935, which would write into statute the Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation benefit. The bill was originally cosponsored by Reps. Cárdenas (R-GA-1), Graves (R-GA-14), and Bishop (D-GA-2)
