Simon&Co. has worked with every type of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services program integrity contractor and therefore have a thorough knowledge of the processes used to review provider activities, audit claims, identify overpayments, and educate providers. Additionally, we monitor HHS, OIG, and GAO reports, evaluating program integrity activities and issues that may be ripe for program integrity activities. We are well versed in activities, funding mechanisms, background, and results of these CMS contractors.
